Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Enmmey, we are committed to delivering exceptional influencer marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service-Based Business

As a service-based business, our offerings involve significant upfront work including influencer research, outreach, negotiation, and campaign planning. Once work has commenced, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of making a payment and no work has commenced
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed services due to our fault
  • A campaign cannot be executed due to circumstances entirely within our control

3.2 Partial Refund

A partial refund may be provided if:

  • You cancel after work has commenced but before campaign execution
  • The delivered services significantly differ from what was agreed (refund proportional to undelivered portion)
  • Mutual agreement is reached to reduce campaign scope

3.3 No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Campaign has been fully executed as agreed
  • Dissatisfaction with results that are within normal influencer marketing variability
  • Cancellation due to client's change of business priorities
  • Failure to provide required assets or approvals causing delays
  • Influencer-related issues beyond our reasonable control after campaign launch

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund:

  2. Clearly state your reason for cancellation/refund request
  3. Provide your campaign details and payment information
  4. We will review your request within 3 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. In some cases, alternative payment methods may be used based on mutual agreement.

6. Campaign Modifications

Instead of a refund, we encourage clients to consider campaign modifications. If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of the campaign planning, we will work with you to adjust the strategy, influencer selection, or timeline to better meet your objectives.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.) that prevent campaign execution, we will work with you to either reschedule the campaign or provide a fair refund based on work completed.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us with additional information supporting your case. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly.
